Les auteurs présumés d' actes de corruption ayant porté préjudice à la Society Nationale des Hydrocarbures (SNH) will soon

A corruption case pitted SNH against Glencore. But the company has just won a major court victory. According to the Chief Executive Officer of SNH, Adolphe MOUDIKI, the managers and employees of Glencore involved in this scandal will appear before the Westminster Court as of September 10, 2024. This judicial decision comes after the filing of a complaint by the SNH with the Special Criminal Court (TCS) in Cameroon. The company hopes that this trial in London will accelerate ongoing investigations at the national level in order to identify and prosecute the Cameroonian accomplices in this case, reaffirming its commitment to ethics and transparency
