On Wednesday, August 7, 2024, the Development Bank of Central African States (BDEAC) conducted the first listing of bond debt securities launched since March 2024.

The bonds 6.20% - 5.95% - 4.70% net 2024-2031 are now on the financial market of the Central African Securities Exchange (Bvmac). The listing of these bonds has successfully raised more than 50 billion CFA francs. Prior to today's ceremony, it was almost impossible to know how to acquire the issuer's bonds issued in 2024 as part of the multi-tranched transaction. For asset managers, this gives them an additional underlying asset that they can put into their mutual funds.”
