With regard to daily implementation and action plans, the Minister said that delegation of competence is sometimes required by the nature of the work, but this delegation does not exclude control, inspection, evaluation and supervision, while respecting regulations and laws. According to Ould Bouh, the Department of Economy and Finance, according to its missions, exceeds, according to evaluations of the perception of corruption, the departments and functions most exposed to corruption, which doubles the responsibility of each of us in what concerns us, by working to secure and strengthen public resources that should be oriented exclusively to development and the objectives that concern them. are fixed in the finance law.
