On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, the Regional Securities Exchange (BRVM) recorded strong transactions of nearly 6 billion FCFA, at the end of its trading session.

The value of the transactions was 5.978 billion FCFA compared to 468.357 million FCFA the day before. This is the second time, since the beginning of September, that the market has recorded such transactions. This shows the degree of confidence investors have in Africa's fifth largest stock exchange. For its part, the market capitalization of the bond market fell by 487 million to 10,535.281 billion FCFA against 10,535.768 billion FCFA the day before. For its part, that of the equity market stood at 9,510.929 billion FCFA against 9,628.184 billion FCFA on Monday, September 16, 2024, i.e. a decrease of 117.255 billion FCFA

As far as indices are concerned, the three ended the trading session in a mixed situation. The composite index thus fell by 0.01% to 262.02 points against 262.04 points the day before. As for the BRVM 30 index, it lost 0.04% to 131.43 points against 131.48 points the day before. On the other hand, the BRVM Prestige index rose by 0.01% to 114.26 points against 114.25 points

the day before.

The Flop 5 of the largest price drops is occupied by Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (minus 7.34% at 1,200 FCFA), BOA Mali (minus 5.71% at 1,650 FCFA), Onatel Burkina Faso (minus 3.10% at 2,500 FCFA), BOA Burkina Faso (minus 2.37% at 3,700 FCFA), BOA Burkina Faso (minus 2.37% at 3,700 FCFA)) and Vivo Energy Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.13% at 920 FCFA). The Top 5 of the largest price increases are occupied respectively by SAPH Côte d'Ivoire shares (plus 4.69% at 3,350 FCFA), Oragroup Togo (plus 3.57% at 1,885 FCFA), Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.47% at 415 FCFA), Filtisac Côte d'Ivoire (plus 1.30% at 14,790 FCFA) and SMB Côte d'Ivoire (plus 1.30%
