Le mercredi dernier, le The Ivorian government has adopted a decree ratifying a framework agreement for installment sales concluded between the Islamic Development Bank (IDB). ) and the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.

The project involves the construction of a 54.5 km 2x2 lane roadway, in order to improve traffic along the national and regional corridor connecting the Autonomous Port of Abidjan to the interior of the country.

L'adoption du décret permettra à the IDB to allocate nearly 119.5 billion CFA francs (about 203 million dollars) to finance the project to build a highway connecting the center and the north-east of the country.
