The Burkinabe State aims to ensure that the financing needs of its budget are covered by auctioning 30 billion CFA francs. In the end, the investors offered the issuer global bids of 30.610 billion FCFA, i.e. a coverage rate of the amount put up for auction of 102.04%. The amount of tenders accepted is 30.601 billion FCFA and that rejected 9.87 million FCFA. This corresponds to an absorption rate of 99.97%. The Burkinabe Public Treasury has undertaken to repay the vouchers on the first working day following the due date set on September
24, 2025.
