Le vendredi Last September 27, Kafo Jiginew and Sama Money launched a new joint project. This is “Bank to Wallet”, an interconnection that allows customers of both entities to facilitate money transfers between them through their various accounts.

The Malian company specializing in microfinance Kafo Jiginew and the fintech Sama Money have signed an agreement for their new digital wallet project called “Bank to Wallet”. The initiative aims to facilitate financial inclusion between the 2 entities will allow greater financial accessibility for users. Kafo Jiginew initiated the interconnection partnership with Sama Money in order to significantly increase its customer base. According to the CEO of Kafo Jiginew, Mr. Ibrahima Keïta, “this union is the result of hard work and a shared vision of modernization, innovation and digital transformation.” According to him, “this project is perfectly in line with the vision of the high authorities of the transition, who aspire to the maximum digitalization of payment methods in Mali

This project has several goals. These include: greater ease of access to financial services, especially those who live in remote areas and do not have a traditional bank account; to strengthen the security of financial transactions with advanced digital security protocols; to boost economic activities by offering farmers, SMEs and small traders faster and more convenient means of payment.
