The market capitalization of the equity market recorded a second day of decline (-11.491 billion FCFA), standing at 9,764.157 billion FCFA against 9,764.157 billion FCFA against 9,775.648 billion FCFA on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. That of the bond market increased by 6 billion, from 10 562.272 billion FCFA the day before to 10 568.272 billion FCFA on October 10

The indices are entering their second day of continuous decline. The BRVM composite index thus fell 0.12% (after -0.15% the day before) to 269.00 points against 269.31 points the day before. As for the BRVM 30 index, it also recorded a decrease of 0.09% (after a fall of 0.34% previously) to 133.38 points against 133.50 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM Prestige index fell by 0.34% (after its regression of 0.47% the day before) to 111.78 points against 112.16 points the day before
