After several days of declines, the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) indexes rose again at the end of the trading session on Thursday, October 17, 2024.

The composite index thus increased by 0.25% to 263.49 points against 262.83 points the day before. As for the BRVM 30 index, it also increased by 0.30% to 130.83 points against 130.44 points previously. For its part, the BRVM Prestige index rose sharply by 0.97% to 111.85 points against 110.78 points

The market capitalization of the equity market increased by 23.793 billion FCFA, standing at 9,564.191 billion FCFA against 9,540.399 billion FCFA on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. As for the bond market, it stood at 10,571.919 billion FCFA against 10,573.589 billion FCFA the day before. The value of the transactions, for its part, rose to 1.590 billion FCFA against 854.455 million FCFA

The Top 5 of the largest price increases are occupied respectively by Sicable Côte d'Ivoire (plus 5.05% at 1,040 FCFA), BOA Côte d'Ivoire (plus 4.90% at 10 700 FCFA), BOA Côte d'Ivoire (plus 4.90% at 10,700 FCFA), Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3.32% at 1,130 FCFA), Total Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3.32% at 2,335 FCFA) and Air Liquide Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.94% at 525 FCFA).
