A memorandum of understanding was signed on Friday, October 18, 2024 at the AFA headquarters in Paris between the High Authority for Good Governance (HABG) and the French Anti-Corruption Agency (AFA) in order to fight corruption.

The agreement between HABG and AFA marks the strengthening of cooperation between the two institutions in the fight against corruption and the promotion of good governance. It allows the exchange of best practices and the strengthening of compliance mechanisms within public and private companies, as well as in local authorities and central administration. The objective of this memorandum is to make institutions more efficient and attractive for international investments.
