At the end of its targeted auction of 364-day Treasury Bonds (BAT) and 3 and 5-year Treasury Bonds (OATs) organized in partnership with UMOA-Titres, the State of Senegal raised the sum of 98.994 billion FCFA through its Public Treasury on the UEMOA financial market. It was last October 18 in order to finance its 2024 budget.

Le Trésor Public du Senegal has put 90 billion CFA francs up for auction. It obtained tenders of 98.994 billion FCFA, i.e. a coverage rate of 109.99%. The issuer accepted all the submissions from investors, i.e. an absorption rate of 100%. Investors whose bids were selected will end up with a weighted average return of 7.37% for bonds, 7.88% for 3-year bonds and 7.76% for 5-year bonds. The Public Treasury undertakes to repay the vouchers on the first working day following the due date set on October 19, 2025
