After an increase of 4.90% on the day of last Thursday, the shares of the Ivorian subsidiary of Bank of Africa (BOAC) reached a record level of 10,700 FCFA at the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM).

BOA CI plans a capital increase of 20 billion FCFA (33 million dollars) and aims to double the capital to 40 billion FCFA. This transaction should strengthen the financial strength of BOA CI in preparation for the growth of regional credit.
