Lors d' une adjudication de bons et obligations du Trésor organisée sur le marché financier de l' Union économique et monétaire ouest-africaine (UEMOA ), Côte d'Ivoire mobilized 68.697 billion CFA francs (about 110 million US dollars). It was last Tuesday.

UMOA-Securities, the regional agency for the management and promotion of public securities in the West African Monetary Union area, announced that the transaction included the issuance of comparable Treasury bills (BAT) and similar Treasury bonds (OATs). The bonds matured for 182 and 364 days and the bonds dated 3.5 and 7 years.

These loans should help the country meet its immediate financing needs and implement its 2025 budget, estimated at 13.720 billion CFA francs (about 22 billion dollars), an increase of 11.8% compared to 2024.
