Seven banks have been sanctioned. A first bank would have received a warning for shortcomings identified by a general inspection mission as well as a fine of 105,700 dinars for non-compliance with the exposure standard on related parties. The third financial institution received a total of 23,800 dinars for non-compliance with the exposure standard on the same beneficiary and for non-compliance with the exposure standard on related parties.
