The BRVM Composite Index thus increased by 0.31% to 270.93 points against 270.09 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM 30 index recorded an increase of 0.32% to 136.23 points against 135.80 points previously. The BRVM Prestige index recorded the largest increase with 0.64% to 112.48 points against 111.76 points the day before. The rise in the indices has had a positive impact on the market capitalization of the equity market, which increased by 30.789 billion to 9,892.8236 billion CFA francs against 9,862.034 billion FCFA on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. That of the bond market remained stable at 10 593.665

As for the Top 5 of the largest price increases, it is occupied respectively by SETAO Côte d'Ivoire (plus 4.88% at 430 FCFA), Total Senegal (plus 3.91% at 2,390 FCFA), Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3,05% at 8,450 FCFA), BICI Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.53% at 14,000 FCFA) and Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire (plus 1.27% at 400 FCFA).
