En Côte d' Ivoire, 192 agents of the New Inter-African Insurance Company (NSIA) were decorated with the Labor Medal of Honor. The event took place on Saturday January 18, 2025 in Songon K.

Gold medals for 30 years of professional career, Vermeil medals for 25 years of service and Silver medals for 15 years of service were awarded to the recipients in the presence of the Prime Minister, Minister of Sports and Living Environment, Robert Beugr& Mambé. These distinctions reflect the appreciation of an institution towards its collaborators according to the Minister of Employment and Social Protection, Adama Kamara

The president of the NSIA group Jean Kacou Diagou expressed his gratitude to the Ivorian government for this recognition of the collaborators who, for three decades, have contributed to the success of the group. He also wanted this decoration to be seen as a guarantee of the recognition and commitment of the group, which employs more than 3,000 people in 12 African countries.
