The former Guinean minister of pre-university education is again before the trial chamber of the Court for the Suppression of Economic and Financial Offences. He is being prosecuted for embezzlement and illicit enrichment

The defendant explained with regard to the origin of the 600 million GNF for the purchase of his house in Lambanyi, that the operation started in 2012 and that he started working in 1995. “I was a regular pharmacist in Côte d'Ivoire, when I got married, President Alpha Condé offered me 100 million GNF,” he said. Ibrahima Kourouma says that the Taban plots in the town of Dubreka were offered to him by the sons of a friend. The case is postponed to 3 February 2025 for further discussions
