The director of the SIC Corporate Communication and Press Office, Manuel Halaiwa revealed that the arrest was carried out by the National Directorate for Combating Crime. According to the latter, “the arrest took place in flagrante delicto, while the intermediary was inside a copy shop, known as “Konica”, on Mercadores Street, receiving the sum of 200,000 kwanzas, to issue two ordinary passports, issued in 48 hours, without complying with the timetable requirements for
this purpose.”
