.These amounts were never allocated to the projects concerned according to the prosecution. During the hearing, the special prosecutor also requested a fine of 500,000 CFA francs for each defendant, the seizure of Raymond Adékambi's shares within AGETIP-Benin, as well as the partial return of the embezzled funds in the amount of 900 million and 600 million CFA francs. The verdict in this much-watched case is expected on 24 March.
