Au terme d' une émission Simultaneous auction of 364-day treasury bills (BAT) and equivalent bonds (OATs) of 3 and 5 years on the UEMOA financial market, Mali cashed in on Wednesday February 5, 2025 the sum of 32.040 billion

Le Mali envisage faire face to its needs to finance its budget. The issuer had put 30 billion CFA francs up for auction. It obtained proposals and global tenders of 33.040 billion FCFA. This corresponds to a coverage rate of 110.13% for the amount put up for auction. Investors did not make offers on the 5-year bonds. The amount of tenders accepted is 32.040 billion FCFA and that rejected at one billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 96.97%. Investors whose bids were selected will end up with a weighted average return of 9.60% for bonds and 9.30% for bonds
