The global market capitalization of the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM) increased by 15.539 billion FCFA, at the end of the trading session on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

The global market capitalization stood at 21 035.089 billion FCFA compared to 21 019.55 billion FCFA the day before. At the origin of this increase, there is that in the market capitalization of the equity market, which recorded an increase of 13.641 billion, to 10,504.528 billion FCFA against 10,490.884 billion FCFA on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. The capitalization of the bond market increased 1.898 billion, with an increase from 10 528.666 billion FCFA the day before to 10 530.564 billion FCFA on Wednesday

As far as they're concerned, the indices are up again. The BRVM Composite index rose by 0.13% to 280.07 points against 279.71 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM 30 index rose by 0.12% to 141.09 points against 140.92 points previously. Regarding the BRVM Prestige index, it increased by 0.15% to 117.19 points against 117.02 points the day before. The total value of transactions fell to 336.717 million FCFA against 674.897 million FCFA
