The first edition of the International African Stock Exchange Show (SIBA) will be held on 4 and 5 April 2025. The information was announced on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 in Ouagadougou during a press conference during which they presented the content of

The first edition of SIBA will take place in Ouagadougou under the theme: “Stock market education: a lever for economic and sustainable growth”. According to the General Commissioner of SIBA, Boukaré Bancé, this exhibition aims to fill this lack of knowledge and training on the opportunities offered by the stock market, according to the General Commissioner of SIBA, Boukaré Bancé. The main objectives are, among others, to promote stock market education, encourage the introduction of local businesses to the BRVM, promote exchanges and networking, promote market finance professions and explore the impact of stock market culture on economic and sustainable development. According to the organizers, the SIBA was designed to meet the growing need to strengthen stock market culture in the UEMOA zone and to facilitate access to financial market opportunities.
