The funds raised are intended to ensure the coverage of the financing needs of the State budget of Guinea-Bissau. The issuer had put 12.500 billion CFA francs up for auction. The amount of tenders selected was 12.500 billion FCFA and that rejected was 1.858 billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 88.11%

The repayment of vouchers issued is scheduled on the first working day following the due date set on May 20, 2025 and on February 3, 2026 for those of 364 days. Concerning the payment of interest, it will be made in advance and deducted from the nominal value of these vouchers
