L'Autorité de régulation des marchés publiques a sanctionné deux consultants individuals in Benin. They were found guilty of fraud in a public procurement.

The file concerns the recruitment of an individual consultant responsible for the Audit of the environmental and social performance of the Cotonou Stormwater Sanitation Programme (PAPC) works in two basins for the years 2022, 2023, 2024 and final.
