The Malian state plans to meet the financing needs of its budget. For this, the issuer put 25 billion CFA francs up for auction. At the end of the operation, global tenders of 39.715 billion CFA francs were offered (exclusively 3-year bonds and bonds). This corresponds to a coverage rate of 158.86% for the amount put up for auction. The amount of tenders accepted is 27.500 billion FCFA and that rejected at 12.215 billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 69.24%. The Malian Public Treasury intends to repay the bonds on the first working day following the due date set on 4 March 2026. For the payment of interest, it will be made in advance and deducted from the nominal value of the vouchers
