Thousands of tons of pasta whose expiration date has been effective since September 2024 in several stores in the city of Ouagadougou have been seized. With a financial value of 189,200,000 FCFA, this pasta unfit for consumption represents 16,520 bags of 22.7 kg and 2,500 boxes of 8 kg and 2,500 boxes of 8 kg, i.e. 473 tons of seized products. The Coordinator took the opportunity to reiterate his call for the collaboration of the populations, for their vigilance to unmask these crooked traders who eat at every rack, and for their caution to protect their own health.
