La BOAD (Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement) met en place le Mutual Fund for Securitization of Receivables (FCTC) Keur Samba as part of its securitization program. This première opération de titrisation multi-cédants de l' UEMOA will take place from March 5 to March 17, 2025

The Keur Samba securitization transaction, led by BOAD SECURITIZATION, is a major strategic advance to increase the financing capacities of commercial banks for the benefit of small and medium-sized enterprises SMEs. This operation has an interest rate of 7% vise à renforcer le financement des PME et PMI dans l' UEMOA à travers un mécanisme de refinancement bancaire .

The Keur Samba initiative is part of this approach by allowing commercial banks to increase their financing capacity.

Il concerne principalement la Côte d'Ivoire and will refinance the debt portfolio of NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire and , serif">Orabank Ivory Coast. The participating banks are committed to financing affecter les ressources levées par cette opération au SMEs and SMIs established in Côte d'Ivoire and other UEMOA member countries. The price of the bond is 10,000 CFA francs, while the amount of the issue is 5.4 billion CFA francs by NSIA Bank and 7.25 billion CFA francs by Orabank Côte d'Ivoire
