A l' issue de son émission Simultaneous auction of 3 and 5-year treasury bonds (OATs), Togo raised on March 21, 2025, the sum of 7.852 billion CFA francs on the market UEMOA financial institution

The Togolese government plans to cover the financing needs of its budget. The issuer had put an amount of 15 billion CFA francs up for auction. In the end, investors offered him global bids of 17.852 billion FCFA. This gives a coverage rate of 119.01% for the amount put up for auction. The amount of tenders accepted was 7.852 billion FCFA and that rejected was 10 billion FCFA. This corresponds to an absorption rate of 43.98%

The repayment of the principal of the bonds will take place on the first business day following the maturity date set at March 24, 2028 for 3-year bonds and on March 24, 2030 for 5-year bonds and March 24, 2030 for 5-year bonds.
