In Pakistan, the price of gold per tola hit a new all-time high of 348,000 rupees, after rising 8,600 rupees in a single day on Wednesday. According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), 10 grams of gold were sold at 298,353 rupees after registering an increase of 7,373 rupees. The international gold price also hit a record high on Wednesday.
The price of silver increased by 63 rupees to 3,460 rupees per tola in Pakistan.
