The Gemini platform, which specializes in cryptocurrencies, has filed for an IPO. The announcement was made on Friday.

The company has filed documents with the American Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to obtain a listing on the New York Stock Exchange, it said in a statement.

According to the document, the request was made in a “confidential” form, i.e. the company is not currently required to publish its financial results.

She did not provide information on the number of shares she intends to issue or how much she intends to raise as a result of this transaction.

This is a new step in bringing players in the cryptocurrency sector closer to Wall Street.
