Le mardi 1 ^er juillet dernier, l' Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) a requis un total de 1.3 million euros in fines in a case that includes fifteen grievances.

For them, “these breaches cover (...) the entire activity of a SGP (asset management company, editor's note), from non-compliance with its activity program to failures in controlling its activity, including the establishment of faulty procedures, non-compliance with the investment process and the rules on conflicts of interest or by the use of loans from unauthorized entities

The prosecution pointed to “the seriousness of certain grievances, in particular (...) the misinformation on certain risks and the use of loans granted by unauthorised persons for 70 million euros”.
