The company CFAO Mobility Côte d'Ivoire will pay on August 19, 2025, for the financial year 2024, a global annual dividend of 1.450 billion FCFA. The information was announced by the management of the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM) where this company is listed.

With a capital composed of 181,371,900 shares, this dividend corresponds to a net dividend per share of 8 FCFA compared to 15.87 FCFA in 2023, i.e. a decrease of 7.87 FCFA. According to the managers of the BRVM, the closure of the register being set for Tuesday, August 19, 2025, the CFAO Côte d'Ivoire share will trade ex-dividend from Thursday, August 14, 2025. Investors who wish to acquire these shares have until Wednesday, August 13, 2025 to do so. After this period, all stock exchange orders in the trading system will be cancelled by BRVM officials

At the end of fiscal year 2024, the net income after taxes of CFAO Mobility Côte d'Ivoire recorded a decrease of 27% compared to that of 2023, from 6.399 billion FCFA in 2023, from 6.399 billion FCFA in 2023 to 4.693 billion FCFA in 2024.

For its part, the company's turnover fell from 21.848 billion to 158.31 billion FCFA compared to 180.16 billion FCFA in 2023.

At the end of the period under review, the added value of CFAO Mobility Côte d'Ivoire fell by 12.50% to 19.28 billion FCFA against 22.03 billion FCFA in 2023.

The company's personnel expenses increased from 342 million to 9.907 billion FCFA.
