At the end of its issuance of the simultaneous auction of assimilable treasury bills of 91 days, the State of Togo raised the sum of 33 billion CFA francs on the UEMOA financial market. It was Monday, August 11, 2025.

Togo plans to finance its budget. The amount put up for auction was 30 billion FCFA, according to UMOA-Titres. The issuer received global bids of 60.096 billion FCFA, i.e. a coverage rate of the amount tendered of 200.32%

The amount of tenders selected was 33 billion FCFA and that rejected was 27.096 billion FCFA. This corresponds to an absorption rate of 54.91%

Investors who saw their bids selected will end up with a weighted average return of 5.68%.

Vouchers will be refunded on the first business day following the due date of November 10, 2025. Interest will be paid in advance and deducted from its nominal value
