The activities of the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM) experienced contrasting trends, at the end of the trading session on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

The total value of transactions increased from 1.656 billion FCFA the day before to 1.538 billion FCFA on August 12.

As for the capitalization of the equity market, it recorded an increase of 24.519 billion, reaching 12,044.941 billion FCFA against 12,020.422 billion FCFA on August 11, 2025. As for the bond market, it is still down by 1.206 billion, from 10 507.597 billion FCFA the day before to 10 506.391 billion FCFA on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

For the second day in a row, the indices are up. The BRVM Composite index thus increased by 0.20% to 312.40 points against 311.77 points previously. For its part, the BRVM 30 index recorded an increase of 0.29% to 151.38 points against 150.94 points the day before. As for the BRVM Prestige index, it increased by 0.19% to 129.02 points against 128.77 points the day before.

The Top 5 of the largest price increases are occupied respectively by ETI Togo shares (6.67% at 16 FCFA), Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire (plus 5.45% at 580 FCFA), Palm Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3.41% at 8,945 FCFA), SAFCA Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3,945 FCFA), SAFCA Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3.31% at 1,250 FCFA) and TotalEnergies Marketing Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3.09% at 2,500 FCFA).

The Flop 5 of the largest price declines is occupied respectively by SAPH Côte d'Ivoire shares (minus 2.69% to 6,335 FCFA), NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.00% to 9,310 FCFA), Solibra Côte d'Ivoire (minus 1.97% to FCFA 17,645), AGL Côte d'Ivoire (minus 1.97% to 17,645 FCFA), and Servair Abidjan Côte d'Ivoire (minus 1.97% to FCFA 17,645) 42% to 1,740 FCFA
