Beli used the financial market to implement a government action programme as part of the 4th phase of  the WAMU-Title.

The country is asking for the sum of 133 billion CFA francs for the umpteenth time from the regional financial market. Opened on November 24, Benin is announced on phase 4 of the operation " Bon Social Covid-19 " of WAMU-Titres. Benin of Patrice Talon will be present on the regional financial market on 03 December 2020.

133 billion CFA francs, this is the amount sought by Benin. A one-month maturity issue operation is set up with a maturity date of 31 December 2020. The provisions put in place by Umoa-Titres will allow the issuer to take possession of its funds from the first day following the maturity date.

546 billion CFA francs are planned to be raised by three countries of the West African Monetary Union namely sen Equal, Benin and Ivory Coast as part of the ^4th phase of Covid-19 vouchers.  For the last three operations, Benin had issued 293 billion CFA frnacs.
