A delegation from the Court of Justice of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU) was at the home of the President of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government, Roch Marc Christian Kaboré. On occasion, the Court of Justice has pleaded for the popularization of Community law.

The delegation led by its president, Daniel Amagoin Tessougué, exchanged with President Roch Marc Christian Kaboré on the concerns of the Community area. "Since my election as head of the Court of Justice, we have not had the opportunity to share certain concerns with the President. of Faso", regretted Daniel Amagoin Tessougué.
The President of the WAEMU Court of Justice stressed that the judge, in his independence, does not receive an order. However, there are particular problems which require the intervention of the governments of the Community area. And for this to happen, measures must be taken to ensure that this right is disseminated as widely as possible.
