SGI-Togo valued its portfolio of assets under management at several hundred billion FCFA. The intermediation company announces that it has carried out 7.24 billion FCFA of stock market transactions on the BRVM in 2020.
    
12th out of the 30 SGI that Umoa has, SGI-Togo has valued its stock market transactions at 7.24 billion FCFA. This volume, which represents only 1.47% of the transactions carried out during the year under review, remains low compared to those of the behemoths of the Abidjan stock exchange such as the CGF Bourse, Hudson & Cie, Attijari SWA.
Since 1996, the date of its creation, it claims to have represented about twenty customers, most of them major brands (BIDC, BOAD, PalmCi, Oragroup, State of Togo, Togo Telecom, Togocel) on fundraising operations estimated at more than 900 billion FCFA (shares and bonds). The latest concerns commercial paper issued in November 2019 by Oragroup. An operation co-arranged with CGF Bourse and subscribed 100% for a total amount of 35 billion FCFA. The company led by Jean Kokouvi is part of a strategy to digitize its activities.
