The National Investment Bank (NBI) has asked the PDCP expertise firm, which is supporting it in its compliance process. It was this Thursday, May 27, 2021 at the headquarters of the financial institution in Abidjan -Plateau.

The PDCP expertise firm supports the BNI in its compliance process with the law on the protection of personal data (training, situation audit, request for a single authorization for processing). The firm, headed by Damessi Martial, its Director of Operations, officially presented the authorization issued by the Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI) to the officials of the BNI.
Indeed, with the support of this firm, the BNI obtained on March 17, 2021 the decision N ° 2020-0624 authorizing the processing of personal data. Obtaining this decision marks once again the financial institution's commitment to comply with the laws and strengthen its confidence with the public in the processing of their personal data.
