The Weekly Market Review published by the Dakar-based Management and Intermediation Company (SGI) Impaxis Securities indicates that 21 securities listed in the Equity segment of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) recorded an increase in their prices. At the end of the week of June 4, 2021, 21 securities listed in the equity segment are on the rise again. On the other hand, the review reports that 06 securities remained unchanged where 19 securities saw their prices fall. The value of the transactions amounted to CFAF 1.241 billion for 2390636 securities traded.

The BRVM C index ended the session of Friday 04 June in the red by losing 0.85% as well as the BRVM 10 which recorded a decline of 2.60%. The transport (+14.03%), distribution (+8.04%), agriculture (+5.14%), other sectors (+0.93%) and finance (+0.57%) indices recorded the best performances of the week. On the other hand, the Utilities sector recorded the worst performance of the week with a decline of 4.82% followed by the Industry sector (-2.87%).
