It is the result of the partnership between JUMO, a banking technology company, MANSA BANK and MTN Mobile Financial Services Côte d'Ivoire. VitKash, MANSA BANK's new loan product, is an easily accessible nano-loan available through MTN Côte d'Ivoire's mobile money platform. “Partnerships between fintechs, financial service providers and mobile money operators are key to growing financial inclusion and related ecosystems,” said Lynda Ahui, CEO of MTN MFS CI. "This new partnership will benefit all of our customers who are looking to access much-needed financial products." VitKash will initially be available to a limited customer segment and will demonstrate the partners' shared commitment to working together to improve financial inclusion in West Africa. The focus is in particular on micro-entrepreneurs who previously did not have access to finance and who wish to develop a better credit profile through responsible loan management.
