In accordance with the schedule of issues published by the agency Umoa-titres, Benin will be on the regional financial market on October 21 to try to mobilize 30 billion FCFA. This release will be the only one planned for the month of October.

Benin will raise 30 billion FCFA in Assimilable Treasury Bonds (BAT) on October 21, 2021. These resources will support the post-Covid-19 recovery plan. For the current year, according to Umoa-titres, the country has already made 13 exits on the regional financial market to cope with its post-Covid-19 recovery program. According to this quarterly program recently published by UMOA-Titres, the projected volume of issues amounts to 697 billion FCFA, distributed according to the instruments as follows: 392 billion Support and Resilience bonds; 305 billion stimulus bonds. These volumes include the indicative programs available to date of the seven (7) Member States of the Union, namely Benin, Burkina, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger and Togo for the fourth quarter 2021.
