The Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) recorded a slight drop in the total value of these transactions at the end of the trading session on Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

The total value of transactions is down, standing at 283.953 million FCFA against 410.267 million FCFA previously. Also, the stock market capitalization of the BRVM bond market recorded a slight drop of 81 million FCFA. This capitalization increased from 7225.129 billion FCFA during the session of Monday January 10 to 7224.319 billion FCFA this Tuesday January 11, 2022. That of the equity market is on the other hand up by 15.121 billion FCFA, if establishing at 6135.091 billion FCFA against 6119.970 billion FCFA the day before.

On the side of the two indices, the improvement continues. The BRVM 10 index (index of 10 leading stocks) rose by 0.69% to 158.47 points against 157.38 points the day before. For its part, the composite index (general stock market index) rose by 0.25% to 203.93 points against 203.43 points previously.

The Top 5 of the highest price increases are respectively occupied by the shares BOA Côte d'Ivoire, SETAO Côte d'Ivoire, Safca Côte d'Ivoire, ETI Togo (plus 4.17% at 25 FCFA and Oragroup Togo. The Flop 5 of the biggest price drops are respectively occupied by the shares BOA Mali, Air Liquide Côte d'Ivoire, Crown Siem Côte d'Ivoire, Servair Abidjan and Total Senegal.
