The market capitalization of the shares market of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) exceeded the bar of 6600 billion FCFA at the end of the trading session of this Monday, February 28, 2022.

This capitalization was indeed established at 6611.075 billion FCFA against 6536.075 billion FCFA the day before, an increase of 75 billion FCFA. Regarding the capitalization of the bond market, it also increased by 20 billion FCFA to 7517.344 billion FCFA against 7497.344 billion FCFA the day before.

It is also noted a strong increase of 1.15% of the composite BRVM index to 219.62 points against 217.13 points the day before. As for the BRVM 10 index, it remains in the same dynamic, recording an increase of 1.45% to 170.99 points against 168.55 points during the trading session on Friday February 25, 2022. The value of transactions increased is, for its part, established at 1.637 billion FCFA against 6.260 billion FCFA the day before.

In addition, a total of 4,580 bonds of the Mutual Fund for Securitization of Claims called "FCTC TEYLIOM IMMO 7% 2021-2028" were exchanged following its first listing on February 28. According to the BRVM, these bonds quoted at 10,000 FCFA for a total value of 45.800 million FCFA. Two million “FCTC TEYLIOM IMMO 7% 2021-2028” securities were admitted to the BRVM Bonds Compartment, for a total market capitalization of 20 billion FCFA.
