As through the IJARA SOGEPA SN 2022 Common Debt Securitization Fund (FCTC), Senegal is looking for 300 billion FCFA on the WAEMU financial market.

It is through a public offering issue of an Islamic bond called Sukuk Ijara SOGEPA SN 2022 that Senegal launches the subscription which starts on April 22 and ends in principle on April 26, 2022.  CGF Bourse is the leader of the management and intermediation (SGI) and all IGS approved by crePMF are members of the investment syndicate. The price of the issue is 10,000 FCFA with a periodicity of rents that is semi-annual.

 The amount of the issue is divided into three tranches. The first of 50 billion called SUKUK IJARA SOGEPA SN 2022-2029, with a maturity of 7 years with a deferral of one year, has a nominal rate of 5.80%. The second tranche of 50 billion also, called SUKUK IJARA SOGEPA SN 2022-2032, with a maturity of 10 years with a deferral of one year, has a nominal rate of 5.95%. As for the third tranche, with an amount of 200 billion FCFA, called SUKUK IJARA SOGEPA SN 2022-2037, with a maturity of 15 years with a deferral of 2 years, it has a nominal rate of 6.10%.
