The Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM) informs the public and the market participants that the first quotation of the "TPCI 5,75 %2022-2037" Bond, admitted to the BRVM Bonds Compartment, will take place on Thursday July 07th 2022. This first quotation of the bond loan aims at financing investments planned in the budget of the State of Côte d'Ivoire.

A total of 31,635,090 bonds "TPCI 5.75% 2022-2037" have been subscribed on the WAEMU Regional Financial Market, for a total amount of 316,350,900,000 FCFA. The distribution of "TPCI 5.75 % 2022-2037" bonds to the public at the price of CFAF 10,000 per bond took place from April 13thto 27th 2022. The dividend date of these bonds is April 29th 2022. The introduction procedure retained for the first day of quotation is the ordinary procedure with a reference price fixed at 10 000 FCFA. The symbol adopted for the security is "TPCI.O70".
