UAC Nigeria Plc has listed an additional 44,835,076 shares on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) trading platform.

The regulatory notice confirmed that the shares came from the program for electing stock dividends issued to the company's shareholders. It was found that the shares were listed on the stock exchange on Friday, bringing the total of the issued and fully paid shares of UAC Nigeria to 2,926,131,656 common shares of 50 Kobo each, compared to 2,881,296,580 previous common shares of 50 Kobo each one. The listing of 44,835,076 units brings the market capitalization of UAC Nigeria to 32.19 billion naira. At the close of trading on Friday, the UACN share price closed at 11.00 N per unit.
