The Malian Minister of Economy and Finance informed on September 2 of the closure of the public tender loan “State of Mali 6.20% 2022-2032" . The operation allowed the public treasury to collect more than 200 billion FCFA.

The transaction was carried out by SGI Mali, arranger and head of the investment syndicate, with SGI Togo, Global Capital and CIFA Bourse as co-leaders. This bond, launched on August 15, 2022 on the UMOA financial market for an amount of 200 billion FCFA, a rate of 6.20% and a maturity of 10 years, was closed on August 31, 2022. This operation allowed the Public Treasury to mobilize two hundred seven billion five hundred million CFA francs (207.5 billion FCFA), representing a subscription rate of nearly 104%.
