At the end of a simultaneous issuance of 91-day treasury bond auctions (BAT) and 3- and 5-year treasury recovery bonds (OAT), the State of Côte d'Côte Ivoire received the sum of 65.736 billion FCFA on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at the level of the UEMOA financial market.

With a view to financing projects included in its budget, the Ivorian State had put 65 billion FCFA up to tender. The total amount of the bids is 96.736 billion CFA francs. This gives a coverage rate for the amount put up for auction of 148.82%. The successful bids amounted to 65.736 billion FCFA and those rejected to 31 billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 67.95%.

Vouchers issued are refundable on the first business day following the December 20, 2022 due date. Interest is payable in advance and deducted from the nominal value of the vouchers. As for the repayment of OATs, it will also take place on the first business day following the due date of September 21, 2025 for 5-year securities and September 21, 2027 for 5-year OATs.
