NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire has started a growth dynamic in recent years that should continue or even increase over the next five years, especially with the Renewal, on September 1, of the 3-year mandate of its captain, DG Léonce YACÉ.

Bank NSIA increased the increase in its profitability observed in 2021 with a net profit of 24 billion CFA francs compared to 7 billion in 2020 and in the process restored its stock market to the level of the Ré Stock Exchange regional securities office (Brvm). He intends to do more in the years to come.

Léonce Yacé, the managing director of the bank said: “In 2021, we achieved a net profit of 24 billion CFA francs, compared to 7 billion in 2020, a year marked by various credit and regulatory provisions, and by the health crisis. Our 2022-2026 strategic program forecasted 25 billion CFA francs in net profit in 2022. We are almost there. This performance therefore validates the reforms and the main directions of the plan. The year 2021 was an exercise to test the device, which showed its effectiveness.”

To achieve such an objective, it intends to build on the reforms recently initiated within its own organization in recent years, which have in particular made it possible to deal with the health crisis, and also deploy its strategic plan “Altitude” over the period 2022-2026.
