On September 29, 2022, the Société Commerciale Gabonaise de Réassurance “SCG-Ré” obtained the visa which is approved by the Financial Market Supervision Commission of Central Africa (Cosumaf).

With a view to a capital increase, Cosumaf's approval relates to the operation to issue new shares by Public Open Stock (APE) under Cosumaf-APE-03/22 references This is therefore Cosumaf's visa for the issue of new shares through a public offering.
